n8n workflow for hands-free AP intake: a Gmail trigger watches for unread emails with PDF attachments matching invoice/receipt/bill, extracts the PDF text, Claude pulls vendor, invoice number, dates, subtotal, tax, total, and line items as strict JSON with a confidence field (amounts are never guessed — ambiguous invoices arrive flagged), a row is appended to Google Sheets, and finance gets a Slack notification with a NEEDS-REVIEW badge on low confidence.
